According to a survey by Startek from July 2016 submitted to 1,000 men and women in the US, 80% of consumers state they receive good customer service on social media.
That’s one in five persons!
This is all the more interesting since 84% of the people interviewed reportedly contact companies through social media, chat or email and 77% believe it is convenient to get in touch with a brand digitally.
Surprisingly, more than half (53%) of millennials declared they reach out to brands to find deals and promotions.
