Chances are, your customers / users / fans already get in touch with you on Twitter for customer service related matters.
If that’s the case, you can now improve their experience and make your job easier, with brand new customer service features, that allow you to:
- Show that your Twitter account provides support.
- Receive direct messages from anyone.
- Display your support hours.
Activating these features is very straightforward: you just need to visit the customer service settings page from your Twitter Dashboard and check three boxes!
Once you activate these new features, your account will display a new “Responsive 24/7” or “Most Responsive” mention (depending on your settings) and a bigger “Message” button that will encourage users to express negative comments through DM.
These features are available for all accounts — you do not need a dedicated support account to activate them, you do so with your regular brand account 😉
